Client Portal Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Client Portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Portal Access. Access is provided exclusively to authorized representatives of properties under contract. Login credentials are confidential and shall not be shared with unauthorized parties.

2. Order Submissions. Orders placed through this portal constitute formal service requests. All orders are subject to scheduling availability and confirmation by our operations team. Standard lead times apply.

3. Pricing & Billing. Pricing displayed in the portal reflects current contracted rates for your property. Final invoicing may include adjustments for field conditions, material upgrades, or scope changes authorized on-site.

4. Cancellation Policy. Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled installation date. Late cancellations may incur a service fee.

5. Warranty. All flooring installations carry our standard workmanship warranty. Warranty details and coverage specifics are available in the Documents section of your portal.

6. Communication. By using this portal, you consent to receive service-related communications via email. Optional SMS notifications may be enabled in your account settings.

7. Privacy. Information submitted through this portal is used solely for service delivery and account management. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
